These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Moving Marvelz website at movingmarvelz.com and the booking or receipt of any services provided by Moving Marvelz ("we," "our," or "us"). By using our website or scheduling a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Moving Marvelz is a licensed and insured moving, junk removal, and labor services company based in Lake Zurich, Illinois. Our services are available to residential and commercial customers in Lake County and surrounding areas.

1. Services

Moving Marvelz provides the following services, subject to availability and a confirmed booking:

• Local residential and commercial moving
• Junk removal and hauling (residential and commercial)
• Estate and property cleanouts
• Furniture and appliance removal
• Hot tub demolition and removal
• Construction and renovation debris removal
• Labor-only help (loading, unloading, in-home moving)
• Same-day junk removal (subject to availability)

We reserve the right to refuse service for any items we deem unsafe, hazardous, or outside our service scope. Hazardous materials including but not limited to chemicals, paints, fuels, asbestos, and biohazardous waste are not accepted.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

• Booking confirmation: Your appointment is confirmed only when you receive verbal or written confirmation from Moving Marvelz.
• Cancellations by customer: We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations (less than 2 hours before the scheduled time) may result in a cancellation fee at our discretion.
• Cancellations by Moving Marvelz: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to weather, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as soon as possible and offer a rescheduled appointment.
• Same-day service: Same-day bookings are subject to crew availability and cannot be guaranteed until confirmed by our team.

4. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth and safe job, customers agree to:

• Accurately describe the items and scope of work when requesting a quote
• Ensure safe access to the work area (clear pathways, unlocked gates, available parking)
• Be present or have an authorized representative available during the service
• Not include any hazardous materials without prior disclosure and agreement
• Ensure items designated for removal are owned by the customer or they have authority to dispose of them
• Secure or remove valuables and fragile items not intended for removal

5. Liability and Property Damage

Moving Marvelz is fully licensed and insured. We take care on every job to protect your property. However:

• We are not liable for pre-existing damage to property, flooring, walls, or items
• For moving services, we exercise reasonable care but are not liable for items that are improperly packed by the customer, inherently fragile without prior disclosure, or damaged due to the customer's failure to clear pathways
• Liability for any damage caused by our crew is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item, up to the total invoice amount, unless otherwise required by law
• Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion

6. Disposal and Donation

Items removed by Moving Marvelz become our property for disposal purposes. We make every effort to donate usable items to local charities and recycle materials responsibly. However, we cannot guarantee that specific items will be donated or recycled, and we do not provide documentation of donation for tax purposes. If you need a specific item donated to a named charity, please arrange this independently before our arrival.

By using our website, you agree to:

• Use the site only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to interfere with the site's security or functionality
• Not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission

The content on this website — including text, images, and logos — is the property of Moving Marvelz and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
